I work as a partner at your side, not as a contractor who simply ticks off tasks. I think along with you, bring in my experience and look for the best solution together with your team. That includes openly questioning assumptions and raising uncomfortable points early.

How I work

  1. Understand Capture goals, sites, internal processes and decision paths.
  2. Assess Check assumptions, compare options, disclose risks and costs.
  3. Steer Guide design, contract award and construction, keep interfaces together.
  4. Secure Acceptance, defect tracking, documentation and a clean handover.

Working together: self-employed and independent, on a project basis or as a fixed-term interim assignment, including over several months. Active throughout Europe, with site visits and meetings on location. I fit into your organisation and support your team wherever capacity or experience is missing.
